Work

  1. May 2025 – Jan 2026

Working Student, IT and Meeting Support

Huawei Munich Research Center, through MANNING GmbH · Munich

Kept around 20 meeting rooms ready every morning: network, screens, audio and conferencing. Supported hybrid meetings so that remote and on-site colleagues could join without problems. Moved from the events team into workplace support with no technical background and soon handled routine requests on my own.

  2. Nov 2024 – May 2025

    Team Assistant, Events and Meetings

Huawei Munich Research Center · Munich

Ran weekly supplier meetings and monthly team meetings in Chinese and English. Managed calendars, travel bookings and expense reports, and prepared minutes, presentations and attendance lists for the team manager. Co-organized the annual awards ceremony for 300 guests and the Christmas celebration. On the night of the awards, reset the show live when another team took over the slides unannounced, and kept it on schedule.

  3. Since 2022

Trade Fair Staff for Chinese Exhibitors

    Freelance · Germany

Hired directly by Chinese exhibitors at trade fairs including electronica and IAA Mobility in Munich, glasstec in Düsseldorf and gamescom in Cologne. Spoke with visitors in English and Chinese and ran the booth on my own when needed. Several exhibitors have asked me back.

  4. Jun 2019 – Jan 2022
